What this section covers

Markets that look hard, broken into plain parts.

§ 01
FFormula 1 looks complex from the outside, but the betting comes down to a few clear markets. Who wins the race. Who makes the podium. Who is quickest in qualifying. And driver against driver, head to head.
TThis hub is the way in. Start with how motorsport betting works for the basics, then use the cards below to reach each part of the section.
What you can bet on

Three markets cover most F1 betting.

§ 03
1winner

Race winner and podium

Back a driver to win a Grand Prix, or to finish on the podium. The outright market for each race, refreshed every weekend.

2vs

Driver head-to-head

Two drivers, you pick who finishes ahead. Lower variance than an outright, which makes it a good starting point.

3Sat

Qualifying and pole

A separate market settled on Saturday. Useful when one car is quick over a single lap but less so over a race.

Worth knowing
There are smaller markets too, like fastest lap, a safety car appearing, and a driver to not finish. Treat those as fun side bets, not the core of a staking plan. The motorsport guide covers them.

The season runs from around March to December, with a race most weekends in that window. The calendar page lists every Grand Prix.
Yes. Most licensed SA sportsbooks offer in-play markets during a Grand Prix, with odds that move lap by lap.
An each-way bet pays out if your driver wins or finishes inside the places the sportsbook lists, usually the podium. It is two bets in one, so the stake doubles.
