Top assists · live
The same data feed, ordered by assists. Useful for first-goal-scorer and anytime-scorer market reads where a creator may be carrying a clinical striker.
Three reads for goal scorer markets
A leaderboard is just a sorted list. These are the angles SA bettors use the column data for.
Minutes matter more than goals
A player with 8 goals in 1,000 minutes outpaces a player with 8 goals in 2,000. The first one is the smarter anytime-scorer pick when he starts. Sort by goals only and you miss that signal.
Cross check with form
Pair the leaderboard with the league hub form streak. A leader on a 5-match dry spell is not the bet his price suggests. The all-season number lies when form turns.
Assists name the second pick
An attacker with 8 assists is feeding someone hot. Pair his name with the team’s hottest striker and you get a low-risk first-goal combo bet.
Our partner sportsbooks
SA-licensed bookmakers, tested by real bettors. Anytime, first scorer, and player goal-lines (over 0.5, over 1.5) are available across all five. Prices vary by up to 20% — always check before placing.
Common questions
How often does the leaderboard refresh?
Every 30 minutes during the season. The data feed is API-Football’s top-scorers endpoint for Betway Premiership 2025/26.
Does the table count cup goals?
No. League goals only. Cup, continental and friendly goals are excluded so the per-90 maths stays clean.
Why are goals per 90 not in the table?
We list goals, assists, apps and minutes so you can compute the per-90 read yourself. Divide goals by minutes and multiply by 90. That gives a fair view for players with low minute counts.
What is the difference between an anytime scorer and a first scorer bet?
Anytime scorer pays if the player scores at any point in the match. First scorer pays only if the player scores the opening goal. Anytime carries a shorter price, first scorer pays much longer odds.
Are player goal-lines (over and under) safer than scorer bets?
Over 0.5 player goals at 1.80 is the same payout as an anytime scorer at 1.80. The difference is naming, not value. Over 1.5 player goals (the player to score twice) is a longer shot but pays better.
