The South African Premier Soccer League runs from August to May. 16 clubs play 30 league games each, plus the MTN8 and Nedbank Cup competitions in the same window. This page tracks current PSL match odds from two SA-facing sportsbooks: Cloudbet (crypto, global) and YesPlay (rand cashier, local).

How to read PSL odds
Each row shows three decimal prices: home, draw, away. A price of 2.00 means a R100 stake returns R200 if the bet wins (your stake back plus R100 profit). Lower prices mean the bookmaker rates that outcome as more likely. The “Bet” button takes you straight to the operator’s fixture page with your iGaming Reviews tracking attached.
PSL betting tips that actually help
Three things to remember before staking. First, home advantage in the PSL is real but smaller than in European leagues. Most home favourites still finish under 50 percent win rate. Second, the league produces low-scoring games. Total goals over 2.5 hits roughly 32 percent of matches, far below the European norm of 50 percent. Third, draws happen often: about 28 percent of all PSL matches, so the draw price is rarely a long shot.
Frequently asked questions
How often are the odds on this page refreshed?
Every 6 hours via the OddsPapi feed. Cloudbet and YesPlay update their own boards more often than that, but for editorial purposes a 6-hour cadence is plenty. The live price you see when you click through may differ slightly from what is shown here.
Why these two books and not Hollywoodbets or Betway?
We display odds we can pull live from a feed. Hollywoodbets does not expose an odds feed. We have an active relationship with Cloudbet and YesPlay, so their prices are accurate and the click-through earns iGaming Reviews a commission if you sign up. We do not work with Betway or Jackpot City.
What’s the safest PSL bet type for new punters?
Stick to match outcome (1×2) on full matches you watch. Avoid asian handicaps, both teams to score, and player markets until you understand how the prices move. A clean 1×2 single is easier to track and grade.
